If blue doesn't work for you, scroll to the bottom of the page, on the right hand side, there is a drop down menu at the very bottom. It takes a few seconds for the tan central column to appear, and while I'm waiting, I can't read the text that I can tell is there and waiting to be read. It looks like your background is 000033.
