RobMcCarthy

We’ve met a lot of really good GOP candidates on Pundit Review Radio this summer. I certainly cannot remember a time when the state has fielded so many good candidates as republicans. This is true for both state and national races.

Last night we met Rob McCarthy Jr., a Marine officer, constitutional conservative, lawyer, businessman and father. Before he can take on left wing congressman John Tierney, Rob has to get past a tough primary against Bill Hudak on September 14.

We talked how social media can aid a first time candidate, what he’s hearing from voters and what he like to see in the areas of taxes and spending.

As I told Rob last night, my hat is off to all of the men and women who have motivated themselves to become actual public servant, citizen legislators. It is a grueling process, filled with fund raising and countless events to get exposure and meet voters.
