   Alright people, stop being stupid.

   I know it’s hard for you people to actually read and do some research.

   But bear w/ me for a second.

   Let me begin by debunking the non-sense in the video clips.

   I did notice a lot of editing and elipses in the clips. I wonder why?

   That aside.

   It is claimed that Islam encourages pedophilia and that the Prophet (peace be upon him) supposedly married a 9 year old.

   This is incorrect and unsubstanciated by Islamic sources.

   Now to the issue of the rights of women and her positon in Islam.

   Now about the term “Kuffar, kafir”

   Mufti Ebrahim Desai of ask-imam.com

   offers these words in explanation:

   “The word Kafir is derived from the root word �??Kufr�?? which means to deny. Any person who is not a Muslim is a Kaafir as he rejects the religion of Islam �?? its beliefs, principles and practices.”

   Now since I am aware you people fail to learn your own language i.e. English w/ your poor school system. So let me elaborate on the meaning of “deny” and “reject” in context of the the Mufti Desai’s statement:

   Now the use of “reject” is in the form of a noun and denotes:

   “not wanted, unsatisfactory, or not fulfilling standard requirements.” (Merriam-Webster dictionary)

   Deny (transitive verb) implies a firm refusal to accept as true, to grant or concede, or to acknowledge the existence or claims of. (ibid)

   Conclusion:

   Those who trample, mock, jest about Islam and do not allow its message to come out and make it hard for Muslims to practice their faith in peace = Kafir (Kuffar pl.)

   Simple?

   Holy cow! I posted this, too. You have a point about the media, but I believe you know the answer. We wouldn’t want GWB to get any credit, and we don’t want to tell the people the truth. Can’t have that! That’s why the media hates us so much.

   And interesting that the video has already been shut down.

   But not surprising that no one has bothered to try to debate you on this. Kind of sad, but it is kind of expected. Just keep correcting blatant mistakes like these. It took years for the US government to convince people after World War II to end their racist attitudes toward the Japanese. Even after the Nisei battalions, the pacific translators and acknowledgement of how bad the japanese concentration camps were. The great thing about the US is that we usually find our way eventually.

   But watch the cracks on the American school system. My parents were school teachers and did as well as they could with the 30+ kids in each room. And I can conjugate many simple verbs. : )

   Thank you Optimist,

   I went through the Public School system here myself and I know it isn’t good and is in need of improvement. That aside though, the reason they will not debate me on the issue is because they see Islam as a Monolith and as the enemy.

   I had one person accuse me of Taqiyyah even though he didn’t have a clue as to what it was…lol.

   The Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) had said in regarding to his message,

   “This knowledge will be carried by the trustworthy ones of every generation - they will expel from it the alterations made by those going beyond bounds, the false claims of the liars, and the false interpretations of the ignorant”

   As is clear from the Prophet’s words there will be people who make “alterations, go beyond the bounds, will be liars making false claims, and false interpretations” about the Knowledge i.e. Islam but the counter balance to it will be those who correct and mend his teachings.
