Now We Know Where Senator Kerry’s Talking Points Came From
Lt. Gen. Pacepa is the highest-ranking intelligence official ever to have defected from the Soviet bloc. His new book, “Programmed to Kill: Lee Harvey Oswald, the Soviet KGB, and the Kennedy Assassination” (Ivan R. Dee) will be published in November. And he had this to say in today’s Wall St. Journal article entitled, “Propaganda Redux“,
During the Vietnam War we spread vitriolic stories around the world, pretending that America’s presidents sent Genghis Khan-style barbarian soldiers to Vietnam who raped at random, taped electrical wires to human genitals, cut off limbs, blew up bodies and razed entire villages. Those weren’t facts. They were our tales, but some seven million Americans ended up being convinced their own president, not communism, was the enemy. As Yuri Andropov, who conceived this dezinformatsiya war against the U.S., used to tell me, people are more willing to believe smut than holiness.
So now we have “the highest-ranking intelligence official ever to have defected from the Soviet bloc” claiming that the words that came out of Senator John F Kerry’s mouth defaming our military accusing them of comitting war crimes emenated directly from Soviet KGB Propaganda.
I wonder what the Junior Senator will have to say about that? Another “botched Joke” perhaps? No just a coincidence I am sure.

And I think back to the young men I knew during that war who were just the boy next door..when you kids from kindergarten it is pretty difficult to accept…at least if you have a brain..the words of John Kerry and Jane Fonda… and for JFKerry..his antics were so planned and his ego just couldn’t let go! He is so stuck in the mind set of his Glory Days and forgets the folks he hung with who claimed to be “Viet Nam Vets” were nothing more than FRAUDS..he still doesn’t believe the massacres by the Communists AFTER we left ..He is the John Murtha of the US Senate. There are interesting papers from the KGB at Yale..the Verona Papers and if any of those Anti War folks cared to read them they would get an eye popping wake up call..that is if they are not so brainwashed that they are unable to comprehend them!
