The latest victim of Global Warming
Veteran Loch Ness Monster Hunter Gives Up
LEGENDARY Nessie hunter Robert Rines is giving up his search for the monster after 37 years. The 85-year-old American will make one last trip in a bid to find the elusive beast. After almost four decades of fruitless expeditions, he admitted: “Unfortunately, I’m running out of age.”
…Despite having hundreds of sonar contacts over the years, the trail has since gone cold and Rines believes that Nessie may be dead, a victim of global warming.
Andrew Stuttaford, writing on The Corner, noted,
You couldn’t make these things up (well, Al Gore could, and would, but you know what I mean…)
UPDATE: Gateway Pundit takes a look at the polar ice caps and wonders aloud,
Is it safe to say we’ve been scammed yet?

Actually, I read on several blogs that Mitt Romney was responsible for killing Nessie, capturing and shaving Big Foot and was responsible for the teen acne scourge.
Seriously, they have to be kidding about this. I am not a scientist, and have no opinion whatsoever on global warming since smart people on both sides say exact opposite things. But LochNess is dead because of it is just plain silly.
